Dr Ayaz Afsar
Dr Ayaz Afsar is Vice President Academics at the International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI). He is author of book ‘ Quranic and Biblical Narrative Discourse.’ He holds an MA in Applied Linguistics and a PhD in English Literature from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. He has additional major interests in biblical and Qur’ānic narrative. He is widely published in a number of peer reviewed research journals, as well as being: an academic editor of South Asian Journal of ESP; and a member of the editorial boards of both, Insights and Kashmir Journal of Language Research. Having had previous affiliations with the University of Manchester in the UK, the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Muzaffarabad, Dr Afsar is currently a HEC approved PhD supervisor and Professor at International Islamic University Islamabad.
