Press For Peace engages youth leadership on the re-building

Press For Peace(PFP) arranged a consultation meeting with the District heads of all the student organisations on Saturday to highlight the delaying in reconstruction process of  the Schools in earthquake affected areas.

Raja Wasim Director Press For Peace AJK highlighted the issues of the reconstruction of schools and presented latest data to the participants.He mentioned that due to slow process of reconstruction of schools creating huge problems for students to continue their studies properly. 

He said that Press For Peace has already campaigned and now going to start a new campaign to emphasize this issue so that government and reconstruction concerned authorities take this issue on priority basis.

Raja Wasim urged to the students organisations that as they are claiming for the struggle of the students rights and this issue is also related to the youth community.So make sure not only join this campaign but ensure fully participation in coming events of the campaign. He suggested that all students’ organisations should formulate an alliance to take collective efforts and actions for this basic and core issue.

All the students’ representatives shared their concerns regarding reconstruction process of the schools in affected areas and decided to take joint action with the collaboration of Press For Peace.
